One of the youngest practicing Structural Engineer & Project Manager in the country today. He is an active LIFE TIME MEMBER of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) and an active REGULAR MEMBER of the Association of Structural Engineers of the Philippines (ASEP). He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Saint Louis University, Baguio City in 1991.

As a Structural Engineer for more than 30 years, Engr. Alfiler was able to personally handle the structural analysis and design of a wide variety of projects in more than 1,000 professional engagements all over the country under his firm. He has been noted for various innovations in structural design and he is regarded as one of the economical designers in the country today in the field of structural engineering.
